They are getting a great talent who will serve them for many years.

You do not pick him this high if he could not protect the QB. They should not be afraid to fill a need here. He will start day one. Quality pick right here.

This is a kid, where if you are winning he will shine, but he might have trouble with adversity. Did you see him bench press?! Wow! Execution in the running game is something coaches have noticed about him. He blocks pretty well. Ohh are they going to be happy to get him. He is a great fit here.
