Mary Moore : San Francisco Mustangs
I am sure head coach Adrian Swanson has something up his sleeve for this game. He is has a really good understanding of what works offensively.

Jim Nox : San Francisco Mustangs
This is just what my gut tells me. But it will be a close game.

Darren Francis : San Francisco Mustangs
For this game, I sense that Arron Palmer will be dominant here. The young DE is going to destroy the offense.

Harsh words after the Kings - Rebels game from John Gooding. The Rebels T called out the Rebels' players, suggesting some of his teammates were phoning it in. 'We lost and somebody is to blame. If you look at the game, you will see some players just are not delivering.' said the Rebels T. Our Expert Predictions:

Jeremy Piper : Las Vegas Kings
This is a very good offense.

Looking at the two rosters, I feel fairly certain that The Kings rely on Randy Munoz - RB on their offense. This is no reason to worry, he is great.

Delarosa sour after Rebels loss.

War of words the between the Rebels and the Rebels after game. James Delarosa - QB left no possibility for mistakes about his opinion of the Rebels. Bowie cementing his status.

The Cannons' front office has announced that the retirement of Ronald Bowie - RB is on everyones minds this season. Surely, losing a legend of Bowie's caliber is something the Cannons are planning for. Still, it is hard to feel sorry for Tampa Bay. After all they do get to have a legend on their team for now.

Jim Nox: Lawrence Kelsey - FS
Coaches like guys who tackle well. He fills a need for them. They will be happy to get him.

Pick 2: Orlando Sharks
Larry Moore: Raymond Bellamy - C
Has impressed scouts with his strength. Coaches love strength, it gives him a high ceiling. This kid is already a pretty good blocker in the running game. He will only get better as he refines his technique. Good instincts. They need players at the position, and good ones at that. He fits the bill, he is worth the pick. End of story.

Jim Nox: Raymond Bellamy - C
Sufficiently strong for the pro game. In the run game he blocks well, shows tenacity and opens lanes. This will benefit the team. Nice instincts. Fits the bill, great quality pick, and fills a soft spot on the roster. They should have no qualms here, run to the podium and get your man.

Pick 3: San Francisco Mustangs

Driving up his value is his ability to block on run plays. Teams need kids who can hold their own against fully grown men. Shows good understanding of his assignments on the field. Do not be afraid to draft a position of need here. This kid is well worthy of a pick this early. Perfect situation for him, and great fit for the team.

Jim Nox: Edward Crutcher - T

This young man can hold his own in the weight room. And he is strong enough to hold his own on the field as well. He closes so fast. Offensive tackles will learn that the hard way. Good understanding of the game, and what is required of each position. Take the blue-chip player. Do not worry about sexier picks. He fits what you need and the quality is there.

Jim Nox: Robert Carvalho - LB
This guy is pure muscle. He will shed blocks and hit he hole on run plays. So fast. You could drop him into coverage if you wanted. If you miss your block on this guy, he will be in the face of the QB before he has even finished dropping back. Will not have a hard time digesting a pro playbook. He can do what they want. He will deliver results early. He fits a need. End of story.

Pick 5: Las Vegas Kings
Larry Moore: Laurence Kinsey - DT
Known among his teammates as a hard worker. Powerful enough to shed blocks and free himself up to make plays in the running game. Nice closing speed once he gets penetration. Forces QBs from the pocket. Knowledgeable of the game. This guy is available. This guy fills a need. They have to take him. It makes so much sense.

Jim Nox: Laurence Kinsey - DT
Here you have a kid who puts in the work to succeed. Powerful enough to shed blocks and free himself up to make plays in the running game. Coaches are not worried about his forty time. He plays fast and will chase down the QB reliably when he get penetration. He is alert and reacts well on the field. He fills a hole at the position. Blue-chip player. Will fit right in and start right away. Love it.

Pick 6: Atlanta
Larry Moore: Ty Martin - WR
Has the ability to contend for the ball even in tight coverage. Great balance. Runs good routes, and that is really something coaches are looking for in kids. When the available talent fits what you need, there is reason to celebrate. They are getting a great talent who will serve them for many years.

Jim Nox: Ty Martin - WR
Catches the ball well, even while moving. Runs pretty routes. Changes direction effortlessly. Fans might not be on board with what can be framed as a need pick. But trust me once they see this kid play, they will be more than happy.

Larry Moore: Hai Hagen - QB
Anticipates well, and hits the the target. Zips the ball around out there. Fill a need, get a quality player, everyone wins! He will fit right in with the pros.

Larry Moore: Lawrence Kelsey - FS
Reliably takes down ball carrier when he gets his hands on him. Fill a need, get a quality player, everyone wins! He will fit right in with the pros.

I like the way he tackles. Wraps up the ball carrier and drags him down. No need to take chances. Plays with intelligence. You need him, just get him already.

Pick 10: Orlando Sharks
Larry Moore: Harry Lindsey - LB
He will often make the tackle. Really strong. Will push through blocks. Not exactly a speed rusher, but has plenty of speed for the position. A pick for the future. And if you are in doubt: the future is tomorrow.

Coaching Carousel Predictions.

The offseason is upon us and that means teams are shaking up their coaching staffs. This means that we get to take our annual look at coordinators who could make the leap to become head coaches, and the teams who are likely to poach them.

The prime candidates identified by our experts are:
William Conners - Offensive Coordinator - Orlando Sharks
Gary Barajas - Defensive Coordinator - Las Vegas Kings
Louis Elliott - Defensive Coordinator - New Orleans Rebels
Shawn Brumfield - Offensive Coordinator - Atlanta
Andy Beasley - Defensive Coordinator - Los Angeles Legion
Ted Nelson - Offensive Coordinator - San Francisco Mustangs
David Lewis - Defensive Coordinator - Atlanta
Grover Cline - Offensive Coordinator - Tampa Bay Cannons

As always, we are prone to wild speculations, so we asked our in-house experts to do a little matchmaking between candidates and teams. Here is what they came up with:

Mary Moore:
David Lewis leaves the to become the head coach for the San Francisco Mustangs.

Darren Francis:
I think the lose Shawn Brumfield and I see him heading to San Francisco Mustangs.

Jim Nox:
The Sharks cannot hold on to William Conners. I would like to see him coach the San Francisco Mustangs.
